PROMPT: Goal-setting in golf teaches valuable life strategies that extend beyond the course. In a 500-word essay, explain how setting specific goals in golf, such as improving your swing or lowering your handicap, can help you succeed in academics, career, or personal development. Discuss the importance of balancing short-term and long-term goals, overcoming challenges, and maintaining focus. Share personal experiences from your golfing journey to illustrate how these skills keep you motivated and committed to achieving broader life goals.
